What we treat

Two clear paths: covered care, and off-label treatment.

We're upfront about the difference — because it affects your coverage and what to expect from treatment.

  • Sudden hearing loss
  • Radiation tissue injury
  • Carbon monoxide poisoning
  • Compromised skin grafts and flaps
  • Diabetic and non-healing wounds
  • Osteomyelitis (chronic bone infection)
  • Necrotizing soft tissue infections
  • Crush injury and gas embolism
Coverage varies by plan. Our team verifies benefits before you start.

Off-label indications Medical Director-directed

  • Post-surgical recovery
  • Traumatic brain injury and concussion
  • Lyme disease and chronic inflammatory illness
  • Long-COVID and chronic fatigue
  • Stroke recovery
  • Recovery support for cancer patients (not a cancer treatment)
Not FDA-approved for these uses and not typically covered by insurance. Treated under our Medical Director's guidance based on emerging evidence.

Why patients come to us

Three of the most common reasons people walk through our door.

These aren't the only conditions we treat — see the full list above — but they're where we spend most of our time with patients.

Off-label

Post-Surgical Recovery

Increased oxygen delivery to healing tissue can support recovery after cosmetic, orthopedic, and reconstructive procedures — often alongside your surgeon's own recovery plan.

Sudden Hearing Loss

Sudden sensorineural hearing loss is an FDA-recognized indication for HBOT, and one of the more time-sensitive conditions we treat — early treatment matters.

Off-label

Traumatic Brain Injury & Concussion

Patients recovering from concussion or brain injury often explore HBOT alongside their neurologist's care plan to support recovery.

How does HBOT work?

Pure oxygen, under pressure.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy means breathing 100% medical-grade oxygen inside a chamber pressurized above normal atmospheric pressure. Our chambers treat between 1 and 3 ATA.

Under that pressure, your blood carries more oxygen to your tissues than it can at normal pressure. That increased oxygen delivery is why HBOT is used for the FDA-approved indications listed above, such as non-healing wounds and radiation tissue injury.

The chamber matters. Soft "wellness" chambers deliver 21–26% oxygen at low pressure; hard-shell medical chambers like ours deliver 100% oxygen at higher pressures. See the chambers →

Inside the chamber

Hard-shell, hospital-grade — not a soft wellness pod.

Our two Perry Sigma 40 chambers are the same class of equipment found in hospital hyperbaric units. That matters: hard-shell chambers reach higher pressures and deliver 100% oxygen, sealed and monitored by a trained technician for every session.
